Working For Myself

You have to do something different in the next few days than in the last few days, such as reading books to improve your relationship with your family. Doesn't matter how small it is. If we all start doing different things in the same situation we can succeed because we can't change the situation but we can change ourselves and that,s what we have to do. We can change what we do. And then he gave me another secret to success.

Few little simple principles here. Once you understand these, it starts to explain so much. Sometimes it's a little harder to think of yourself as wrong than others. Taking responsibility instead of putting it off on someone else. Those that transition sometimes is a challenging mission. You've got pennies in your pocket. You've got nothing in the bank. The creditors are calling. You're behind on your promises. Here's how that occurs. You've attracted, up until now, you've attracted the things to you because of the person you've become. Well, how can I change all that?"Very simple. You don't have to change what's outside. All you've got to change is what's inside. Don't wish that problems would be reduced, but wish that I had the skills to solve problems. Start working on yourself, making these personal changes."And "It'll all change for you.

It is a great secret that we should learn to work harder on ourselves than on our job." Once I got that, it turned my life around. If you work hard on your job, you'll make a living. You can make yourself lucky by working hard on yourself. I'm telling you if you'll learn that simple little principle and start the process today, latest tomorrow, I'll give you tonight to think it over. And start this whole process of personal development.  I'm telling you, you can so dynamically change your income and economics is the least of the values that you can start earning in terms of equity. Work hard on yourself and develop the skills. Work hard on yourself and develop the graces. All of the stuff necessary to become more valuable to the marketplace. I'm telling you, your whole life can explode into change. Promotions, no problem. Becoming more valuable to the company, I'm telling you, no problem. Money, no problem. Economics, no problem. Future, no problem. If you just go to work on the right thing. Not get things out there to change.

  • Don't try to change the seed.
  • Don't change the soil.
  • Don't change the sunshine.
  • Don't change the rain.
  • Don't change the mix of seasons.

Let the miracle of everything available work for you and start working on the inside. work on the gift of communication, work on all of your abilities. And if you'll start making those personal changes, I'm telling you everything will change for you. You Know That Mr. Shoaff, over five years before he died at age 49, only went to the ninth grade in school, never finished high school, never went to college, never went to university. So he put his ideas and his experiences in very simple language, which I think for me, a kid from the farms of Idaho, that simplicity was so important because if it would have been technical, I'd have missed it. If it would've been mystic, I would have backed away. But it was just basic blunt, ABC familiar stuff that I hadn't thought of before and he did start to remind me and those ideas changed my life. You know this is all they pay." You've been working six years, how come you're not doing better?"This is all the company pays." "Well, that's not true."No, this is my paycheck. This is all the company pays."No, this is all the company pays you."

Now you thought That's a new way to look at it," right? Doesn't the company pay two, three, four, five times this amount to other people? Well, yes. Then this is not all the company pays. It's all they pay you. And if you've qualified, wouldn't your income grow two, three, four, or five times?"I suppose."So We don't have to work for the company. We have to work on you."See that was the beginning of what he called the phrase personal development. you told me things cost too much."No, you can't afford them."I thought, "Well, that's a new concept. I hadn't thought about that."You know, we put some of the valuable things on the high shelf so you can't get to them until you qualify. If you want the things on the higher shelf, you've got to stand on the books you read. Every book you read, you get to stand a little higher so you can get the things on the higher shelf. See, I learned those concepts. It was so incredible. And here was the most important one. See that phrase changed my life.

Success is something that attracts people to you. Success is not something you pursue. It's like chasing a butterfly you can't quite catch it. . See, those were new concepts to me. I'm just working hard, trying to make a living. This changed my life. Profits are better than wages. Nobody taught me that in high school, nobody taught me that. I went to one year of college. Nobody taught me. Profits are better than wages. Your monthly wages are your source of income while profit makes you lucky. And how could you work on both a living and a fortune? So, you could start part-time working on your fortune while you're working full-time on your living." You thought, "Wow. It's fun to get up in the morning."Not just getting up going to work to pay the rent, but to get up to go to work to make a fortune. First to make a living for my family. Second to make a fortune. And you can ask me how to make both a living and a fortune. I learned how to make both a living and a fortune. And I found out anybody could do it once they get the information. I started to receive this extraordinary information. Your income is directly related to your philosophy, not to the economy."I thought, "No one ever told me that."I kept hoping the economy would change. No, your philosophy has to change. And I started giving myself the disciplines and the process of learning the skills to change my life.

Life-changing in every manner that you can imagine, but very simple ABC concepts. Here's what I learned. Not to search for the exotic until you've discovered the basics. And those basic philosophies. . Success is not something you pursue, chase, run after. Success is something you develop. So the whole key to unlocking all the treasures, whether it's economic treasures or spiritual treasures, financial, social, personal, every way you can think of is by your personal development. Then he added one more, which is so important and it's probably worth the price of the seminar. Here it is. . What you get is more valuable than what you get. Asking for a job doesn't mean I'm getting what I want. Not, what am I getting? What am I becoming? So it's very important what you become because what you become attracts. If you become cynical, you attract cynicism, what you become attracts. So this whole subject of personal development was so vitally important to me. It changed my life.

Remember, be a student, not a follower. And here's what you must always do. Design your personal life. Remember, be no one's disciple. Chart your course, make what you do the product of your conclusion. What I'm saying here is to be your person. You don't have to be a model of someone else. You don't have to do it like anybody else, right? Do it like yourself, buy what you wanna buy. Listen to what you wanna listen to, make changes if you wanna make changes, and don't make changes, right? It's your life, I'm telling you, and don't let anybody persuade you any different. Success is not a stereotype. Success is not a Ferrari. Success is not an automobile. It's not a house, it's not a place. It's not money in the bank. It's not a million dollars. That's not success. Successful in doing whatever you want to do that makes sense to you, for you, your family, your responsibilities or take on responsibilities or refuse responsibilities. That's strictly all up to you. We've been given the power of choice.  Now, why not human beings? Because here it is, we've been given the dignity of choice.

Dislike a robot. We're not stuck like a tree spending all the sustenance, not all that much, presently you kick the bucket since you can't change area. False. People can go North, South, East, West. People can change, would anything they like to do. We've been given respect. Each living thing, aside from people, endeavors as far as possible of its latent capacity. How tall will a tree develop? As tall as possible. No, no, that is outlandish. Each living thing reaches out as far as possible with the exception of individuals. Presently, why not people? Since we're not robots. We've been given the respect of decision. What's more's, two or three options on the pride of decision. To be important for or every one of you, you can possibly be.

That is jabber. You had the opportunity to be rich since we live in a rich country. That is hogwash. You don't need to be rich. You don't need to do everything. Accept exhortation, yet don't take orders. Take data, take preparing, take educating, from nobody that reveals to you how you need to live and what you need to claim and what you need to do. Somebody says, 'Indeed, you should be effective." That is an individual decision to be fruitful. Abraham Lincoln said, "Since I would be nobody's slave, I will be nobody's lord." A great way of thinking. On the off chance that a person says, "Hello, I'm before long trading it out. I'm setting out toward the mountains. I'm going to live in a little lodge. Live off the land and feed the squirrels." On the off chance that he proceeds to do that, prepare to have your mind blown. He's a crushing achievement. You can't say, "No, no, that is not effective." That is the encapsulation of accomplishment is giving a plan to your life and go draw it off, gaining ground toward that path that fulfills you. On the off chance that it doesn't fulfill you, make choices and you change. Also, in the event that you improve thoughts, sure you may follow somebody's idea and thoughts however not orders. Plan your own life like you needed that will fit.

In the event that you take on certain duties, presently had the chance to think about those. Indeed, you can disregard your duties, however, you will not have a positive outlook on that. Think about what the old prophet said. "A few things that taste great now in the mouth turn severe later in the stomach." So you would prefer not to forfeit. We as a whole should endure one of two torments. Despite your decision of way of life and what you need to do, we should all endure one of two agonies. The torment of control or the torment of disappointment. What's more, what we propose to everyone is to consider the orders since disciplines gauge ounces, laments gauge tons. You would prefer not to substitute control for lament. As we would see it, that would be a helpless decision. Presently you can do it. A few things are helpless compromises. The old prophet said, "Imagine a scenario in which you acquire the entire world, yet it cost you your spirit?" Would that be great? , on the off chance that you exchanged your spirit, that experience would be so severe thus dreadful thus destroying. It wouldn't be awesome. I'm telling ya, it may taste great forthright, however it's going to turn unpleasant in the stomach. Furthermore, a touch of that guidance saves a few groups from destruction says, "All things considered, you're correct. essential laws, basic laws. We should defy those, however, you still presently can plan your own life.
