Us people are funny creatures because we have a tendency to think the same kind of thoughts day after day after day in fact if you want proof of this just look at your own thoughts over the past few days and tell me are there any similarities is there maybe a dominant thought that continues to repeat itself

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        Us people are funny creatures because we have a tendency to think the same kind of thoughts day after day after day in fact if you want proof of this just look at your own thoughts over the past few days and tell me are there any similarities is there maybe a dominant thought that continues to repeat itself if you want to stop feeling bad you have to understand what you're thinking about what loop are you caught in what thoughts keep showing up that you keep listening to or running through your mind that are causing you to feel bad emotions because bad emotions are usually a result of bad thoughts and here's the real kicker bad thoughts are a result of can you fill in the blank most people can't and this is why you stay stuck you don't even know where your thoughts are coming from you're not even aware of how this whole misery spiral is created and in that case it becomes impossible to even get out of it at any given time where you're struggling and you're feeling bad and you just wanted to end you come because you don't know what's going on and I want to shed some light it's very simple your thoughts are a result of the content that you consumed the people that you talk to that you spend time with the music that you listen to that radio channel the commercials the adverts the book you read the audio book you listen to the video that you watch all the conversations all the information everything around you in your environment is creating your thoughts it's not random it's not by chance it's not what most people would like to think free well it's actually just a result of the inputs that's coming in and yes there are many ways to interpret the input which is where the real magic starts but at the end of the day if you want to change your bad emotions you don't just have to change your thoughts you have to change what's creating the thoughts so if you're in a bad mood or if you're not feeling good take a look at what you're thinking about and then think to yourself why am I thinking like this what contents could I possibly have consumed that has led me down this trail to where I now think about these things and I think about them in this certain way who are the people that I've been spending time around that have influenced me there's a saying that you become the average of the five people you spend the most time with that's a Jim Rohn say and it's very much so true if you're spending a lot of time around negative people and then you're going around feeling bad consider that maybe it's something to do with that inner circle those people that you spend a lot of time with if you're constantly watching TV shows or negative videos or the news or reading articles all day on the Internet good luck trying to have a good ad to feel good about life and actually enjoy your experience it's not going to happen on the other hand if you listen to some great audio books if you start reading some positive content if you watch good healthy videos that help you grow and improve your life guess what is going to happen you are going to feel good because your thoughts once again are a result of the content the people everything all the information that you are consuming and if you change the inputs you will change the outputs and you will change the way that you feel.
